This is a sample page of how a password protected page works. You can have almost any type of information on your password protected page and the only way to view it is by knowing the user name and password.

I would recommend that organizations use this as a "members ONLY" page. All members could be told the same password and can be given the same user name. Honest members will not let the information slip to anyone not authorized to visit these pages. Dishonest members would give out their password and user name anyway.

A second option is to assign individual passwords and user names to every member or visitor. This option does cost a bit more, unless you have a private domain name with full access. This type of account has unlimited user and password assigning rights.
