According to the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 004/2011 Safety of low-voltage equipment
, a Russian TR CU certificate
is required for the import of electrical equipment intended for use at a nominal voltage from 50 to 1000 V AC and between 75 and 1500 V DC.
According to technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 020/2011 Electromagnetic compatibility

is issued by authorized certification bodies with relevant accreditation from the Federal Accreditation Service. These organizations work on certification and registration certificates, and they issue the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union certificate
